Our EGG clients are committed to restarting their lives in society, they just need someone to give them a shot. When working with our clients, we take the time to understand their existing skillsets and career aspirations before helping them prepare for working life. Even once our clients have secured a job, we will continue to support them with any ongoing challenges, helping them to stay on the right path. We also recognise our responsibilities to employers and clients alike, we won’t put people in situations they’re not equipped to deal with.
The big aim here is to find opportunities for people who need a shot, to give them an alternative to benefits and to help them to become productive members of society.
