Mentoring is an extremely rewarding way to support EGG and it's the main form of volunteering we need in our charity!
Our EGG mentors are integral to the work that we do. Our mentors offer one-to-one support for our EGG clients, working with them every week to guide them through their support plans and help them to achieve their career goals. Each EGG client is unique, which means you will only be paired with a client who is a good fit for your skills and expertise. We aim to have no more than 3 clients per mentor however this will very much depend on the level of support you can offer.
